Who designed your branding and website?

Every element of the R+H identity was designed and developed entirely in-house. We believe in practicing the same intentionality we provide for our clients, ensuring our own house reflects the soul and strategy we bring to yours.

Can we start right after I enquire? How long until we post?

Every partnership begins with a foundational phase, typically 4 to 6 weeks, dedicated to strategy, content creation, and aligning on your brand’s unique tone of voice.

How involved do I need to be in the day-to-day management?

You will have a dedicated manager to ensure seamless communication. By establishing a comfortable rhythm for reviews (whether bi-weekly or monthly) you can confidently step away from the screen while we handle the rest.

Do you require a deposit to start?

Yes. A project begins once the initial invoice is settled, which secures your spot in our calendar. This allow us to immediately assemble the dedicated team and specialized resources needed to bring your specific vision to life with the care it deserves.

What happens if I need to pause our management services?

We kindly ask for a 30-day notice period for any pauses or package changes. This allows us to thoughtfully wrap up current projects and ensure your brand remains in a healthy, stable position until you are ready to resume.

Where are you located? Is the time zone a difference?

While our headquarters are based in Europe (CEST), to ensure seamless collaboration, we prioritize assigning a dedicated manager within your specific time zone or location.

Who is answering the DMs and writing the comments.  Is it the founder?

We are currently in the process of curating our past work into a digital gallery.​ Additionally, because we prioritize depth over noise, many of our current projects are in long-term development phases and have yet to be unveiled to the public.

 

Much of the work created by R+H and our partners, which includes contributions to major international brands, remains private. In this industry, brands often operate under strict NDAs.

Only if explicitly stated. All general emails and enquiries are managed by our dedicated internal team.

We deeply value the privacy of our ecosystem. Because we scale dynamically, we choose to keep our public team footprint minimal. This protects our team's focus and allows us to remain agile, seamlessly scaling our roles up or down to meet both our company's and our clients' needs.

Our socials are managed by our SM + Community Management team, not our founder. Our community manager is responsible for posting, engaging with you, and handling direct messages. If you send an enquiry via social media, our CM will guide you to contact us directly via email.

 

Please note that since our founder does not manage daily social engagement, we kindly ask that you avoid addressing us by her name when replying to comments or messages (unless it is explicitly stated that she is chatting with you) as you are speaking directly with our community management team.
