ROWEN + HARRINGTON is a female-founded creative house established in 2022.
Originally founded as Olympia Growth, a one-woman studio, the company has since evolved into a multidisciplinary in-house team supported by a network of creative partners.
Our daily operations and client touchpoints are fully managed by dedicated in-house team members, including Operations + Client Relations, R+H Community Management, and Finance + Admin.
Every client is paired with a dedicated manager, their main point of contact and strategic lead. Behind the scenes, our admin team coordinates communication, scheduling, and approvals across time zones, keeping projects seamless and agile.
In a world where marketing and social media change overnight, this flexible, curated structure allows us to respond quickly and support our clients 24/7.
Riley Baxter and Camilla Shone lead our human-centered experiences, planning and hosting events or gatherings for product- and service-based clients across the U.S. and U.K., with plans to expand into long retreats in Europe. These curated experiences bring brands to life, connecting real people and ideas in meaningful ways.
